WOD: Start Time: 0730 – Last Group 0930
Teams of 3
Each team will be assigned 1 ammo can and 1 rubber duck. In order to move forward, 1 team member must be fireman’s carried, and the ammo can and rubber duck must be off the deck. Every time the team member being carried, the ammo can, or the rubber duck touches the ground, a penalty will be assigned. All penalities will be “paid” at the end of each round. You can switch the team member being carried or doing the carrying as often as you want.

For Time:
Round One: 400m
Penalty: 5 burpees per person
Round Two: 800m
Penalty: 5 pull ups per person
Round Three: 400m
10 sit ups per person
