10 Strict Press (45#)
30 Sit Ups
15 Push Press (45#)
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Jerks (45#)
30 Sit Ups
**Reps only count if the exercise is performed correctly. For example, if you fail to drop under on the jerk, the rep doesn’t count.
