Drive the elbows on the way up.Good bar placement, weight back on the heels!A ton of improvement every day.  Oh, and I do not feel the least bit sorry for you and your sore shoulders when you write the damn Marine PT workouts from hell!Getting more range of motion.

WOD:
Teams of 3. Each teammate must complete 30 reps of squat clean and 30 reps of snatch. Choose load by team ability. You can decrease weight, but cannot increase once you start. All team members must complete all 30 squat cleans prior to starting the 30 snatches. Rest/work as needed. Score the load lifted on the 30th rep by the last member of the team.
