Complete 3 Rounds Of The Following:
15 Deadlifts
10 Back Squats
5 Squat Cleans
Select a weight per round. Once you start a round, the bar cannot leave your hands until the round is complete (you may drop the squat clean from the rack, but must immediately put your hands back on the bar). You can rest as follows: Deadlift (up) Squat (up) Clean (rack). If your hands leave the bar, or you fail to complete the total required reps, the round does not count. If you complete the round, you must increase the load prior to starting the next round. Increase load as much as possible for each round. Score total load for all three rounds. Rest as needed between rounds.
