Team Competition Friday:
“Don’t Drop It Like It’s Hot!”

Each team of 2 will be assigned a 45# plate. The plate must be carried at all times. During the running portion, it can be carried by one or both teammates in any manner. During the cals, it must be carried by the non-working teammate overhead. If the plate hits the ground, both teammates must do 50 burpees prior to continuing. Each teammate must complete all prescribed reps.

For Time:
40 Pull Ups
Run 200m
40 Burpees (Chest and Chin To Ground, Feet Leave the Ground)
Run 400m
40 Push Ups (Chest and Chin To Ground)
Run 800m
40 Sit Ups
