Double unders finally!  Great work, and way to stick with learning the movement!It does not flip itself!Great effort.What a look?

Winter break in Ohio, and trying to do CrossFit at the YMCA really reminded me how lucky we are to have our humble CrossFit gym here at the unit.  Although small, our group is full of amazing and motivating people.  Thank you all for putting out your best effort day in and day out.  Like our motto says, “together we suffer, together we succeed”.  Make sure you don’t ever forget the “together”.  It is an honor and a privledge to compete with all of you.
