Nice workout until the 7th rep… or so. This workout is such a pain in the ass that it needs a girl’s name…. how ’bout AMANDA?? Fitting, right?

Today was pretty tough. I agree with SSgt Gowin on this one: COMPLETE FAILURE OF THE TRICEPS.
