There is no time component to today’s WOD. Focus on proper technique, and accomplishing the full range of motion. Scale weight as needed.

Complete 6 Rounds Of 3 Reps:
Deadlift (M: 225# W: 185#)
Squat Clean (M: 135# W: 95#)
Snatch (M: 95# W: 65#)
**Scale weight as needed.
If required, Replace Squat Cleans With Power Cleans, and Snatch With Hang Snatch.
