Some were excited to see a pool workout.  Some not so much…

Meet at the Rec Center Pool at 0600 or 0630. (Bring running gear with you in case it is too cold to swim)

In Groups of 2: AMRAP in 20 Mins
Swim 1 Length Underwater
10 Push Ups
Swim 1 Length Freestyle
10 Air Squats
(1 Round = completion by both partners)
