Meet at the flag football field across the mall from the McKale Center.  There will be groups going at: 0600, 0700 and 0800. 

6 lengths (1 length = 50 yds)
Med Ball Toss (M: 20# W: 14#)
5 Burpees
Fireman’s Carry

The med ball will be tossed overhead starting from the ground. Immediately after tossing the ball, do 5 burpees. Your partner will mark the distance that the ball travelled in the air, and place the ball at that point. Once you finish your 5 burpees, you will carry your partner to the spot where the ball was placed. One person will do the “tossing/carrying” travelling East, and the partner will do the “tossing/carrying” travelling West. In total, each individual will do the “work” for 3 lengths.

Team score = total time divided by 2.
