At times, fitness, especially CrossFit can seem like a war of attrition with no visible progress. Several of us have had repeated discussions about why CrossFit never gets “easy”.
One of the best ways to show progress (results) is to track your workouts and document your performances. Log your workout results on paper for 1 month and keep detailed notes about load, rounds, what felt strong, weak, etc. After the month, go back and review your performances and analyze where you need to improve technique, where you need to improve strength, and your overall progress. This type of tracking works well for anything. Give it a try with nutrition, personal finances, sleep amounts, classes, etc., and see if it helps.

Possibly one of the best quotes I will ever read, nice job Muffins. This bears repeating –
“Raz- Your comments sound like that of a threatened individual who feels inadequate in the shadow of greatness.”
