Today’s workout was scaled as follows:

2 Rounds all at 115# or

2 Rounds 115/95# Back Squat and 95/65# Front Squat

Run 200m FWD
30 Back Squats
60 Sit Ups
Run 200m BKWD
30 Front Squats
60 Sit Ups
**All Squats: M: 115# W: 95#
