The face says it all.A freshly earned pair of CrossFit hands.

Hang from a set of rings for 10 minutes.  Every time your feet hit the ground, do 1 rope climb.  Clock only runs while hanging.  **Boots and long pants are recommended.

Any grip is acceptable.  Arms can be flexed, straight, or any other combination that you can come up with.
