No WOD at South Hall. Try this body weight workout on your own:

5 Rounds for time:
15 Air Squats
10 Burpees
15 Sit Ups
10 Push Ups

    0:17…I looked at the workout for 10 seconds, thought about doing it for 5, then turned my computer off in 2 seconds…gotta be a record.
