Active recovery over the weekend.  Make sure to stretch at least 2x per day for 10 minutes at a time.  Choose one of the following and work technique:

Air squat
Kipping pull ups
Overhead squat (pvc pipe or broomstick)

Monday WOD:
3 Rounds For Time:
25 Wall Ball
10 Squat Clean 95#
Walk the length of the basketball court and back with 95# overhead
