Congratulations are in order to the newly promoted SSgt David Sharp, USMC. SSgt Sharp has been instrumental in getting our CrossFit PT program up and running in addition to being an exemplary father, husband, friend, and Marine. However, he did miss today’s suffering. You can bet he’ll be making that one up!!
