Girl’s Hopper:

The following 2 workouts were chosen: 

Helen:
3 Rounds For Time
Run 400m
21 KB Swing (1.5 Pood)
12 Pull Ups

Grace:
Clean and Jerk 135# 30 Reps For Time

Athlete’s choice which WOD to do first.  20 min rest between workouts.

    Two female named WODs 20 minutes apart…very dangerous, but well worth it after all was said and done.
